Prime Minister Mark Carney’s new cabinet will be sworn in this morning at 10:30.
It’s expected to be made up of a small, core group of senior ministers along with a secondary group of ministers of state, a practice more common in the U.K. than Canada.
Early priorities for the government are likely to include removing internal trade barriers and pivoting trade away from the U.S.
