REACH Niagara has been awarded funding through the Niagara Prosperity Initiative under the Mental Health and Addiction category to launch a new program called PATH.
The initiative is aimed at supporting social assistance recipients in Niagara who are living with substance use challenges.
PATH takes a proactive, community-based approach to improve health outcomes while also addressing financial stability, recognizing that economic insecurity often goes hand-in-hand with poor health.
This person-centered program delivers care in a way that meets individuals where they are, in both location and recovery bridging gaps between mental health, addiction, and poverty.
